The Military Parent

It has happened. Maybe you knew that it was going to happen or maybe you are one of the ones who fell back in the chair because you just heard those words come out of your child's mouth. What words am I talking about? These words "Mom, Dad, I joined the Marines." No matter how you heard it and whether you like it or not, you are now a Military Parent, and not just any Military Parent. You are now a Marine Mom or a Marine Dad. Welcome to the family!
