PLC? Maybe...

Hi, I just graduated from high school but have over a years worth of college courses completed. I was wondering, since I would register for college as a sophomore, if I was eligible for PLC. Also, it would be great if you guys could post the pros/cons of PLC, OCS, ROTC, and Reserves as a way for me to enter the Corps.
