The Guy needs to be Punished for sure, he failed to complete the final 6 weeks of a 12 week Officer Candidate Course for College Students Back in 2004. But how did Trick the Army into letting him as a Sgt , are they to not to blame also . Just goes to show how desperate they are , that they will will take a fake Marine and make him a NCO.

Seriously, that boarders on mental illness. I know a place that sells dress blues over in Beaverton Oregon, but you actually can find them at second hand stores.
Sad state of affairs. I hope he looses his nutz in this.......
