The Government might cause a mistrial in this case, because of coaching a few witnesses. WTF, over?

This is not a very good development. On CNN the other day I thought I heard that the judge would still allow the case to proceed but the people tainted by the e-mail coaching would not be allowed to testify.

I think that Moussaoui will still burn, but this will just be another knock against America's integrity. The illusion that the United States in any way is the leader of the world on morality or equality has been completely shattered (at least on the world stage).

He won't die, though. He might get life in prison without parole, but he will not get executed, the way it looks...

Now see? That just makes me mad. Burn the bastard! And I almost laughed out loud when I read GreenMan's statement about the US being the world leader in morality. I guess we're what you might call the lesser of all the evils.

This bonehead now wants to get on the stand a make a statement. He will cook his own goose. I hope they take him outside and dispatch him after the statement.

Every time he opens his mouth, he lets on how stupid he actually is. Let him cook his own goose.

So now he is eligible for the Death Penalty. Not an accomplishment that I would strive for! I can't see it happening, because there is an automatic appeal for death sentences...it will drag on more and more...He will die of old age first.

I disagree CJ. It will be like the McVeigh trial. People won't be satisfied until this guy fries. I wouldn't count on him making it past 1 or 2 appeals. He's as good as dead anyway if they stick him in a regular jail.

You know, you are probably right. I was forgetting that being a fed case, it will somehow get done much faster.

Yeah, everyone wants to see this one put to bed. This will be another swift justice case.
