American Idol Week 9

Who is going this week? I think it will be Chicken Little.

Medussa had a very bad week but won't get voted off I think.

It is funny because the judges were saying that the contestants were picking boring songs! HELLO! It was Stevie Wonder Week and no matter how good he is, his songs aren't that "young" in the first place.

Bucky was awesome (he sounds a little like Bruce Springsteen or even Kenny Rogers...listen to him and them, you will hear what I am talking about).

Paris, she looks like she comes from Middle Earth. Weird...not good last night either.

Elliot was okay, not great though.

The Chris Daughton was the best of them all last night.

Pickler did alright but the ditzy blonde thing is wearing on me. Remember, I picked her to win it way back....

Lisa was really good too. She just looks like she should be up there on the stage.

Melissa is horrible. Always has been. The basketball player should still be in the competition and Melissa should be out.

Taylor is great. I don't know why I like this guy and his Ray Charles-like antics but WHOOO!

Ace...Ace, Ace, Ace... I don't know what to say about this guy. Well, I do but it wouldn't be appropriate for this forum. A guy like that, you wonder if he has ever experienced failure...he soon will but not until there are 6 people left.

I disagree on a few points. I think Kevin had one of his best performances. Not sure who you are calling Medussa. Mandisa? She is always good. Paris was ok. Elliott was very good last night. Ace...Yeah, Ace. I don't get him either. Something bugs the crap out of me on Ace. Stage presence, I don't know. Maybe the dumb hat. Lisa Tucker rocks like she has been doing this for 20 years, and is only 17. McGee, eh. Katherine McPhee. I can't shake the Nanny McPhee image of her.(Ever since I saw that movie, and this girl got in the finals, I think of that. Maybe if she really nails one, I will change my mind. I think if Pickler was pretending to be like she is, then it would wear on me, too, but I think she is actually like that. She seems genuinely innocent. Taylor, what can I say. He is very talented. He has his own style, :throw head back and yell "Hey": but is a good singer too. He totally is bringing his A game to the show now. Bucky. I am having a tough time liking his singing. He sounds like the guy from Creed in almost every song. He does that growl thing that I do not care for. I think Chris Daughtry is going to win it. He brings a AAA game every week. He has a very pure sound to his voice. That would be my favorite of all of them.
