View Full Version : Should NBC have shown the "Hong Kong Fooey" video?

I can't add polls so a mod might want to do it.

The question is whether "Hong Kong Fooey" should have been given air time after he killed the Va Tech students?

I think yes because it truly depicts him as the psycho that he was and answers some questions as to why it happened.

I'm kinda torn, we already knew he was off his F'n rocker. There is no way anyone in they're right mind will kill 32 people just because. Unless of course your in war.

The issue I have is what about the families of the victims having to look at this and know he is being aired on T.V. like a F'n rambo. Remember this is the same station that threw Imus of the air for a remark he made that offended people. This is something more sensitve as far as I'm concerned.

Look this quack wanted this, and they are giving it to him. They are showing it for ratings. We knew he was a quack, we didn't need to see the visual proof of him pointing guns at the video camera. Oh well hypocrisy at it's best

I don't see any issue with it. The families may be upset about it, but they are already upset about it. I am not sure it is a bad thing. I have to think about it.

Its dirty laundry and the News loves to air it. Not because it is news but because its good for ratings and the love to shame people

Going to be a lot more whack jobs wanting their 15 minutes........I'm sure we'll see someone else in the news for the same thing before too long.

I don't have any issue with it, since it is related to a news story, it is no worse then airing the life history of the killers from any other school killings,

since this went on there have been 2 school shottings up here in the pittsburgh area
Where have I been? We have that crap all the time around here. Duquesne had those 4 or 5 basketball players shot, but none died.

Now, the title of this tread is starting to piss me off. Every time I see it I think all right a Hong Kong Fooey movie is coming out but no. Under Dog is coming out pretty quick though so I will have to just take that.
