Castro says thaw in ties with U.S. not up to Cuba

HAVANA (Reuters) - Putting an end to nearly five decades of animosity between Cuba and its ideological foe the United States depends entirely on Washington, Cuban leader Fidel Castro said in an editorial published on Monday.

No they are not up to Cuba they are up to when is Castro going to die. We have stated that as long as he is in power it isn't going to happen and being he isn't going to lose an election I guess it only leaves one option.
