no that is not the team name it is just raiders and they are to jrotc as force recon is to the marines
look at it this way
raiders:jrotc::force recon:USMC

He and I meant calling a girl a chick is kind of degrading. Esp. being on an elite drill squad. Is that like Cadet Kelly? Where they drill for competitions?

look at it this way
raiders:jrotc::force recon:USMC
Actually, I was refering to the use of "Raider" in JROTC. The Raiders aren't the USMC version of Force anyway. They were closer to grunt unit than anything else. They are extinct now though. The Raiders last fought in WWII, and there legacy is a proud one in the Corps. I just wouldn't make the connection between anything JROTC and the MC. It's night and day.

Thier "Raiders" is just a team name and not related to the Corps at all. He is not in Marine JROTC.
