hey guys and gals i'm about to leave for boot (20080107), and i was wondering if any one had any last min. info to give? anything you think would be good to do before i go?

Get your mind right before you go. Remember to keep your ears and eyes open and your mouth shut. Only talk when told to do so. Put all your energy into every task. The Marine Corp had trained a ton of Marines and they know what they are doing even if it seems strange to you.

If you want to be a Marine no one can stop you but you!!!!!!

Congratulations, just remember all the shit you are going to have to endure and swollow is not really personal. It is all designed to make you into a Marine and a better person. Use it as a learning experence and a chance to improve yourself. And remember you are not going to be asked (told) to do anything anyone else can not do.

listen to what your recruiter tells you and get a good night's sleep the night before....it's going to be a long next 2 days with all of the in processing
