The best one that I have found so far is Semper Fit. It is filmed at MCRD San Diego. It is very Moto.

one thing you can do to build up your stamina is to sprint up and down your driveway for about a minute every day, slowly increasing the time.

My SgtMaj runs our IST with us. 1.5 miles in 7 MINUTES FLAT.
I can't run for crap. My 1.5 mile is 14:10. (still not passing).
I got 102 sit ups, and 7 pull ups. Not bad for my size/weight.

100 pts easy for you there...the "best" scored time is 18 minutes for 3 miles. Work on the other stuff to improve them as well.
