So I found a tool that can give you your anonymity back while surfing the net. It's a free program called Tor (http://www.torproject.org/). After you download it and install it, you can install the add-on called Torbutton (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2275). Before you restart Firefox, go to Whatismyip.com and see what your IP address. Then after you restart Firefox, go again, you will have a different IP address.

This may be a good way to get around work filters if you can get this installed at work and your office supports Firefox or doesn't care if you have Firefox installed.

One thing though, if you use this, it may slow down you performance for browsing the internet.

It's the user, not the program. Since I updated the config file I was telling you about in another post, it the fastest I have ever seen.

As for the anonymity, you have to expect some degradation of signal when you are sending you signal all over the world before you get to where you want to be on a website.
