The same thing is happening to the "USMC Hangout Portal Referrals" bar located in your 'User CP' area that it did the last time you upgraded the site: it's not 'setting' to 'minimize' when you've chosen that option to close it. Every time I go back to my User CP it's opened again. It keeps defaulting to "open" instead of "closed" as I set it.
I like to go to my User CP area first when returning to the site so I can see which of the threads I'm subscribed to is active. Its a pain to close that every time I return and it never "sets". It doesn't matter if I've not logged out or erased my cookies ... it keeps going back to the default "open" setting.
