Question Reguarding VA Benifits

OKKKKKKKKK SOoo I have been gone for a REALLLY Long While with out much explination.. I appologize, BUT my question is.... does anyone have by a strike of luck, the Format for the APPEAL Letter.. My final unit decided they wanted to send me to 29 Palms for my last month in the Corps and didn't care that I had appointments with the VA Docs to get my Claims Evaluated sooo I as of right now don't get anything for the loss of motion in my shoulder, loss of hearing and all that fun stuff.. If anyone could help please let me know. Thank You!!!

You more then likely will have to get all this done after you get out. Make sure you save copies of everything !!!!.....To get this stuff done before getting out is great but lots of times it can't be done...Your looking at a rating exam and this can be done via any VA Regional Office in your living locality...Make sure you let them know you had an exam scheduled and got transferred before it was done, they can grant the back pay back to the day you got out. Go to work on this as soon as you get out.
