ND backing lawsuit against funeral protesters

BISMARCK, N.D. — Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem says North Dakota is backing a lawsuit against protesters at the funeral of a Marine who was killed in Iraq. Stenehjem says the U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear the case. He says the high court’s ruling could affect North Dakota’s own restrictions on funeral protests.
