    Post Raid in south Afghanistan kills 15 militants

    KABUL, Afghanistan — A raid by NATO soldiers and a subsequent airstrike in southern Afghanistan killed 15 insurgents on Monday, NATO said, although a local official initially reported a higher death toll.
