Come on Micky....can't you split yourself in half and send one half to work and the other to visit everyone????? I, too, have been busy. Everyone and their whole fam-damily has been having Birthdays, Anniversary's, Weddings,baby showers, etc. I've had more parties to attend then I would care to and spent more money on them then I have to spend. On the brighter side, I have gotten to get out on my friends pontoon boat a few times and enjoy that immensely! Still have 2 more baby showers (yep....I have some pretty "busy" friends, lol) and a Anniversary party to attend, then hopefully I'll catch a break!

Kristin, I guess I could send my twin brother out to visit everyone, but I guess I would rather send him out to my work and DO the visiting myself. Thanks for the idea........

With heavy heart and sadness, I tell you that our loving wonderful Renee has passed away. She died awhile back from Cancer. She put up a good fight and hung on much longer then the Doctors said she would. We all miss her immensely. There are still some of the other girls that come by from time to time...to read up on things and occasionally post. Bridget had shut down the site for a while, as she has so many other sites she does and it was just far too much going on for her. But, just a few months back she decided to bring it back ~ lucky us! Some may not know it's back, yet. I'm sure some will find their way back eventually and we'll also gain some new ones, too! Stick around and be sure to spread the word about us

It is so sad to hear that, Renee was one of the many accommodating people when I first came in here 4years ago, I miss her so much.. I am happy also that this is now back and running. I miss all the people here and there are a few I am not seeing around, I hope they will find their way back too.

I never got back on any of those obviously, and now its too late. I hate that I wasn't here for her to talk to, and it was her who wasn't "okay".

When did she pass, do you know?

Lorraine, I believe it was the end of May last year that Renee passed away ( maybe May 29, 2011 ). She was not on here very
much toward the end. I believe that that was due to her health problems and that brought on some financial problems that
included computer access. She has been missed very much and is thought of often.

Thanks for coming back to check in. Many of the "family" have strayed, but on occasion, like you, some of the little birds come back
to land on the edge of the nest to visit. Feel free to land on "the nest" anytime. AND welcome home................

Welll? I got my Federal Firearms Licence and opened up a Gunshop. Guns & ammo, sales, gunsmithing, transfers, special orders. We opened July 1, 2011. Wife is STILL a cancer survivor (3 years now) I am the adjutant of Post #9 American Legion, and am on our City Council. Have been sober for 3+ years, still smoke cigarettes, though.

Yeah, been off for a while but back now. May not be as active as before but wasn't caring for the direction the forum was going before, and understand it has new management, so I'll give it another go.

Glad to see some good, old friends are still here. That's all for now.
