    Ohio drawn into executioner ID debate

    COLUMBUS, Ohio - At Christopher Newton's execution by lethal injection last month, it took 90 minutes and at least 10 stabs of the needle for the execution team to find a vein. The procedure was so drawn out the staff paused to allow Newton a bathroom break.

    I don't understand why it matters who is doing the execution and even if it is botched why would it matter. I mean they have been sentenced to death for something obviously terribly bad, do we really haqve to make sure they are absoultely comfortable?

    Apparently...since this guy was given a bathroom break before he was killed.
