So watched the new show on comedy central tonight. I have to say I was disappointed. It came down to a straight up anti bush ad for an entire hour. I am not saying don't make fun of the president But the show covered none of the stuff that would be funny like Bush's stuttering when he speaks some times or the classic misuse of words (even though some times it is the morons who don't know the meaning of the word to start with) but none of this happened I found it mean and in bad taste.

I am not sure if this is the same show that came out at the beginning of his presidency (I think it was called, That's My Bush). I think parody is good for any political situation and taking it too seriously just drives people nuts. Take it for what it is and not what it implies. The guy exhibits these behaviors and that is why they bring it to light. I didn't know anything about this show even being on but now you have sparked my curiosity.

As soon as I saw the previews I told Derek I bet Steve watches this. The previews looked good (forgot to watch it though, I was watching Ghost Hunters). I'll have to watch the next episode.

Never had the Chance to watch it but if Bush saw it he would say this no doubt

I was kind of looking forward to watching the show. I expected heavy political overtones but not just a animated Bush bash commercial.
