Nope it is the same as before.

it says "Cpl - 500 posts 30 days", is that 500 posts in 30 days, or what ever comes first?

No it means you have to make at least 500 post and be a member for at least 30 days before you can reach Cpl.

I ve got more than the required posts to purchase stuff from the v-plaza but it wont let me in

You should be able to get into th vbplaza you have access to you it. Try again and if you still have a problem let me know ok. Try refreshing the usmchangout site on you computer cause sometimes i have to do that to get to certain links./

This has been somewhat updated to incorporate the new options I have set up. I may re-do it even more. Not sure yet and I need to re-check all permissions make sure I didn't leave any out, etc... Everyone now should be able to start using the vbPlaza again.
